About the Opportunity

Support development and training of procure to pay processes
Ensure vendor data, payment terms and contracts are maintained in our ERP system
Liaise with vendors, accounts payable and procurement to ensure our vendors are supported throughout our procure to pay processes
Ensure purchase orders are maintained to support automation of accounts payable processing
Champion the use of technology, ensure internal and external customer service standards are maintained
Promote identification of process improvements and efficiencies.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
A Business or Procurement Diploma or Degree
At least five (5) years experience in a procurement, finance, or shared services environment
Experience in a Head Office environment for a multi-divisional, geographical, or subsidiary enterprise is considered an asset
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of internal controls and process controls
Maturity, professionalism, and high level of confidentiality and discretion are required
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams from across the organization
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous or current work experience in Health Care or health related field and/or use of Great Plains software are considered assets
