Young Drivers of Canada is Canada's largest driver training organization. Since 1970, over 1.3 million students have graduated from our unique Young Driver course using our exclusive Collision_free_Approach. YD offers novice driver training, driver improvement, driver re-testing, fleet training and cognitive training.
Position Duties:

8 HOUR SHIFTS, SHIFT WORK 9 AM TO 5 PM AND 1 PM TO 9 PM M-F:

THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 9 AM TO 9 PM M-F, AND 9 AM TO 5 PM SAT
:
- Answer calls in a queue to coordinate appointments for Customers and Instructors for all YD Corporate Centres across Canada.
- Input and update Customer contact information in the YD BMS (Business Management System)
- Schedule road tests for Customers
- Deal with Customer and Instructor complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
- Assist incar instructors with scheduling issues, as required
- Work in a team environment and offer assistance to others as requested and required.
- Perform Administrative tasks as requested
Position Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work individually as well as a team member
- Strong verbal communication skills and strong command of the English language
- Knowledge of MS Office, as well as various business management software, an asset
- Strong communication and language skills
- Postsecondary education is an asset.
Position Hours:
Full-Time hours.
- 40 Hour work week
- Hours of operation, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
