WHAT TO EXPECT:

The Inventory Management Coordinator provides the necessary support to the logistics and production functions for inventory management.

The main mandate of the Inventory Management Coordinator is to ensure the accuracy of our inventories as well as to support production activities using the ERP system and the various tools in place.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

Monitor and communicate performance indicators
Ensure that raw material and equipment assortment is optimal
Work as a team with various stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of our transactions
Establish and maintain good inventory practices
Manage excess inventory and obsolescence
Perform cyclical inventory counts and coordinate periodic and fiscal inventory counts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

DEC in administration, operations management or logistics or relevant work experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong understanding of a manufacturing system (ERP) such as Syteline, SAP or others would be an asset
Good ability to influence
Good ability to work under pressure, in a team and within tight deadlines
Organized, autonomous, and possessing a spirit of analysis, synthesis and initiative
Have tact and diplomacy
