What You'll Do


The Account Manager, focusing on Recovery Solutions is responsible to support the sales objective delivered by Business Development, with the primary responsibility of building a pipeline of potential deals to feed the sales process.


The Account Manager is responsible to:

  • Build the Recovery Solutions pipeline with potential deals by cold calling prospective clients and generating interest to pursue a discovery session.
  • Develop relationships and maintain regular customer touch points with current small to midsize accounts. This will include soliciting feedback on customer products, services and interactions within our organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in training sessions with prospective clients and/or current clients with potential account growth. This will include providing Recovery Complete (or other) demos and conducting discovery sessions with clients to help identify additional product or services that may fit the clients' needs.
  • Identify issues and potential product enhancements and solutions through customer contact and relationship management to increase competitiveness of the product suite. This will include working collaboratively with the Business Development / Solutions Team and IT to identify and resolve issues and to provide high level requirements for new and existing products.
  • Support the Sales and Solutions team with implementations, projects and other tasks as needed (examples include providing high level requirements, BRD review and UAT testing).

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of collections processes, expertise in 1st party and 3rd party collection
  • Knowledge of assetbased lending and assetbased recovery
  • Customer services experience including sales or retail would be an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and organize large amounts of information and data.
  • Relevant experience in the following areas is an asset: KYC, PPSA, Legal, Search and Registration or similar background in Credit, Risk or Operations within the Lending Environment would increase the incumbent's capabilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment: business capabilities, IT support when necessary, sales
  • Good interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Self starter and comfortable in a more unstructured environment
