Description
Sonic Transportation is seeking a Part-Time Billing Clerk for the following responsibilities:

  • Assess Daily Work orders from our drivers
  • Create and distribute invoices according to the driver work orders and Customers
  • Filing and other adhoc duties


Hours: 8:30 to 4:30 Monday and Tuesday except for month end which reqiures invoicing to be completed on the 1st business day of the month.

- some experiance with invoicing processes,

  • Some experiance with Sage accounting ,
- excellent reading and writing skills

  • High accuracy with an attention to details

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
From $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB T5S 2C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Invoicing / Admin: 1 year (preferred)
