plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources of the postal service;

- to see to continuous customer service improvement;
- ensure that the department is clean and maintains an attractive image;
- maintain an adequate inventory level;
- supervise the work of the postal counter clerks and see to tasks distribution;
- see to the training of the personnel under your responsibility;
- ensure compliance with Canada Post standards.
