We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator who's ready to dive into the world of marketing with us.

You'll be the go-to person for assisting our Marketing team with various projects, coordinating tasks, and keeping everything running smoothly.

If you're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll support the Marketing team with general project management and coordination tasks, ensuring everything stays on track.
You'll assist the content team in managing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts from the campaign material created by the content team.
You'll work closely with content creators and the demand generation team to distribute and promote our marketing content effectively.
You'll keep our task tracker updated to ensure everyone knows what needs to be done and when.
You'll maintain our global communications calendar and circulate it among stakeholders and schedule regular marketing team update meetings,
You'll work with the global events manager to provide logístical support for marketing events, handling everything from venue coordination to administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Interest in event planning and coordination.
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
HubSpot and WordPress experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Bilingualism is an asset.
