The YOESS team works with some of the most vulnerable and complex youth within the SDA who are between the ages of 13 and 18 years old and in the care of, or on a Youth Agreement with the Ministry. These youth are at great risk for a range of negative outcomes and are struggling with an array of difficult and interrelated circumstances, issues, and factors.
