Interactive Management Group (including Enghouse Interactive and Enghouse Vidyo)

  • Choice - Offering customers choice of cloud vendors (private cloud or public cloud) and deployment options such as on-premises, hosted, managed services and white label

The Role:


What you will be doing:


  • Lead and manage large scale, org wide projects in support of our corporate strategy, including managing and monitoring the budget, financial performance, key performance indicators
  • Lead special projects that spans across regions or have multifunction impact
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams of operational leaders to ensure on time delivery of largescale programs from concept to delivery
  • Develop best practices for program planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, change management and variance recovery
  • Deliver overall messaging of status and issues to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Regularly tracking and monitoring of KPIs for the operations team
  • Work well across all levels of the organization to excel in stakeholder engagement
  • Develop close relationships with other functions to address crossfunctional gaps, implement sustainable solutions, and continuously improve processes and partnerships
  • Develop and implement necessary project management tools, best practices, and processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility of workstream statuses

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in Program Management and/or Strategy Operations at a B2B enterprise software technology companies
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills
  • Proven track record of budget management and financial analysis or a midsize organization
  • Strong stakeholder management, working with crossfunctional teams
  • Solid experience planning for and managing several largescale, complex technical projects and coordinating cross functional project members to deliver quality results on time
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building corporatewide program plans from ground up, margin improvement and cost reductions
  • Passion and empathy for the customer; relentless focus on executing on the most impactful positive change for our users
  • Experience in a global organization operating across time zones
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fastpaced and many times ambiguous environment
