Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property
Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Work in a fastpaced environment
Follow proper company protocol and procedures
Work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus

Requirements:

Valid Alberta Security Services Licence
No Criminal Record
Valid Class 5 licence with no serious driving infractions
High school diploma or equivalent
Provide clean 3year drivers abstract
Provide an experience letter from your insurance company for the last three years
Speak, read, and write fluently in English
Proficient with Microsoft word
Be willing to keep up with the physical demands of the job

From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
