Responsibilities:

Be the pinnacle of server excellence
Working the floor at times to support the team and learn the operations firsthand
Supporting the team with complaint and conflict handling
High level customer service recovery
Scheduling of staff
Managing and maintaining inventory of liquor and supplies
Ensuring all aspects of the pub, including cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance, are up to brand standards
Completing hiring, onboarding, and training for new recruits
Execution of special events
Oversight & development of operational processes
