This position is a part of the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA).
This position has an end date of 6 months from the date of hire.
Location
Work will primarily take place at North Edmonton Campus. This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person.

Duties
- Performs word processing and relevant data entry for the program
- Provides administrative support to build program infrastructure (e.g. organizing file folders, formatting and submitting manuscripts for submission to academic journals, participating in developing a handbook for the research program, CV and resume management)
- Produces technical, graphic and/or slide presentations for teaching or research purposes
- Assist with initial annual report online entry
- Enters travel and expense claims as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Demonstrated skills in data visualization & presentation, and reporting (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent spelling, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare settings
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience working in continuing care settings
