Job Mission

Supervisor Responsibilities and Essential Functions:1.

Training Delivery**:

Provide comprehensive training to production employees across all areas of the floor, including batching, filling, and packaging.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of training experiences.

2.

Knowledge Transfer Verification:

Support the verification of knowledge transfer related to key practices.
Promote process mastery among floor employees through coaching and teaching.

3.

Role Modeling and Safety Standards:

Serve as a role model for employee safety standards and food safety practices.
Maintain an openminded approach to providing feedback and guidance to the Skjodt-Barrett team.

4.

Flexible Schedule and Material Development:

Operate ethically and diligently when unsupervised.
Be available for flexible work schedules, including brief periods on first, second, or third shift.
Develop training materials (e.g., onepoint lessons, PowerPoint decks, handouts) for all production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent education.
Willingness to provide training in a public speaking environment.
13 years of experience as a skilled operator at Skjodt-Barrett or a similar company.
Ability to interact professionally, helpfully, and courteously in all situations.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
