Responsibilities:


  • Handle FCL/LCL Ocean import. Track and trace shipments to final destinations, including audit invoice, cost, and arrange deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries endtoend in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to consolidate business data and develop the reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:


  • Foreign trade merchandising or freight forwarding agent working experience (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be proficient with office 36
  • Ecang WMS would be an asset
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent
