Job description:


  • Support the organization, planning and coordination of specific activities planned in the project office for the projects entrusted to it:
  • Update information within the various monitoring tools;
  • Monitor indicators;
  • Participate in the preparation of tender quotes.
  • Ensure the management of the projects assigned to him:
  • Evaluate the human, financial, material and information resources necessary for the projects under his responsibility;
  • Ensure the organization, planning and coordination of project activities;
  • Manage and ensure compliance with project budgets and deadlines;
  • Liaise with external suppliers;
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables;
  • Report on project monitoring to clients and the management team
  • Ensure the optimization of processes and the organization of work inherent in the implementation of new solutions, all in close collaboration with the business units concerned;
  • Guarantee the completion of activities promoting sound change management;
  • Produce progress reports.
Proceed to close projects and make necessary improvement recommendations;

  • Ensure the production of monitoring information for projects under his responsibility (M050S);
  • Work closely with relevant experts and project drivers assigned to the project;
  • Liaise with the organization's procurement departments and external suppliers for assets and projects under his responsibility;
  • Provide advisory support to clinical business area management on IT orientations in information resources or during IT solution implementation projects;
  • Carry out any other tasks requested by their immediate superior within the planned parameters.

Job Type:

$65.00-$70.00 per hour
