Your contribution at AIG


As a Contributor, you are responsible for underwriting and assessing risk for AIG's Public Company Management Liability portfolio within Financial Lines, which includes Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Fidelity insurance coverages.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and service an existing renewal book of Public Company management liability insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new business
  • Pricing analysis using data analytics and modeling tools
  • Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured's
  • Achieve assigned budget targets
  • Maintain profitability
  • Drive change management by institutionalizing underwriting, service and process improvements
  • Ensure files are well documented and comply with company and department standards
  • Developing and maintaining broker and client relationships
  • Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured's
What we are looking for

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of Management Liability underwriting experience
  • Post-Secondary Education OR equivalent industry education and experience
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines following company guidelines as well as in a teamoriented approach to accomplish goals
  • Strong analysis and decisionmaking skills
