Your contribution at AIG

As a Contributor, you are responsible for underwriting and assessing risk for AIG's Public Company Management Liability portfolio within Financial Lines, which includes Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Fidelity insurance coverages.

Responsibilities:

Manage and service an existing renewal book of Public Company management liability insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new business
Pricing analysis using data analytics and modeling tools
Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured's
Achieve assigned budget targets
Maintain profitability
Drive change management by institutionalizing underwriting, service and process improvements
Ensure files are well documented and comply with company and department standards
Developing and maintaining broker and client relationships
Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured's

What we are looking for

Minimum 1 to 3 years of Management Liability underwriting experience
Post-Secondary Education OR equivalent industry education and experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines following company guidelines as well as in a teamoriented approach to accomplish goals
Strong analysis and decisionmaking skills
