Role Overview:
Are you passionate about creating positive experiences and supporting the success of others? As a Community Assistant at TradeSpace, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vibrant co-warehousing community.
From addressing member needs to planning engaging events, your contributions will directly impact the success and satisfaction of our members.
Member Retention Responsibilities:
- Address daily member requests/issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels of essentials to keep our members happy and productive.
- Plan and execute events to enhance the member experience and foster a sense of community.
- Upselling current members (adding space and services)
Member Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging tours for prospective members, showcasing the unique benefits of TradeSpace.
- Assist in the sales process by following up with leads and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for adding new members to our community.

- Experience & Education: Minimum 2 years in customer service/hospitality role. High school diploma or equivalent.
