We are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator for our Montreal office.

Primary Responsibilities:


The Administrative Coordinator will work with the standards department, the IT department, as well as various users at all levels of the firm.


  • Provide administrative and operational support to the standards department.
  • Prepare and reconcile reports for the department.
  • Work closely with IT department to ensure the proper operation of all accounting software.
  • Coordinate software support requests from staff and administrative personnel.
  • Translate various documents from English to French when needed.

What you need to succeed:


  • 35 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Comfortable working with new technology and software
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability
  • Strong knowledge of Office suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both English and French
  • Experience in an accounting firm or accounting department is an asset
  • Knowledge of CaseWare and Logis software is an asset
