Vice President, Technology Services

In collaboration with the Chief Information Officer and business leaders, this role will be responsible for planning the Information Technology future for the organization to attain operational and financial goals, and support business growth.

Oversight for this role includes IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure Support & Services, Application Development and Integration, and Cyber Security and IT Compliance.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Participating with the executive leadership team in shaping the organization's operating model, setting strategies, and implementing tactical plans focused upon maintaining and continually improving business and financial performance
Monitoring progress and adapting tactical plans to act upon opportunities and ensure financial and operational success
Developing and implementing IT policies and standards to protect the company's data and assets
Collaborating with the Chief Information Officer to create budgets and authorize technology purchases
Assessing systems and technology and identifying and proposing new solutions in collaboration with business leaders to make decisions on investments and implementation of future technology
Leading on reviewing, prioritizing, and implementing technology solutions to support business operations and decisionmaking
Building and nurturing internal and external business partnerships to determine and deliver optimal technology solutions
Ability to convey cyber risk in a business context, represent Technology and Security best practices in all discussions and develop risk awareness practices related to technology

The value you bring

10+ years with specialization in IT Infrastructure and Operations Management, Enterprise IT architecture, Telecommunications & Collaboration Solutions
8+ years leading a Technology Team on a national scale and at an executivelevel
Preference for background in enterprise insurance (Policy and Broker Management) software and SaaS experience
Experience in strategy development and execution as well as planning and implementation of largescale information technology initiatives required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to facilitate change, build consensus, and communicate effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
Experience combining onpremises and cloud resources to provide a cohesive and integrated technology environment
