We are hiring an HR Manager to join our growing company based in Coquitlam. This is a stand-alone role to manage the Human Resources practices in our company.


Responsibilities include:


  • Full cycle recruiting including onboarding and orientation;
  • Manage employee requests and maintain records;
  • Support and assist managers with employee relations and performance reviews;
  • Coordinate with payroll administrator on WorkSafe BC forms and ROEs;
  • Ensure company practices comply with regulations;
  • Support and assist with Quality Management audits and Sales Dept requests for customerrelated information;
  • Annual benefits review and coordination with providers;
  • STD LTD claims to process;
  • Backup support for payroll processing
  • Other HR practices as required.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in an HR role, including recruiting;
  • Experience coaching managers on employee relations;
  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources;
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills;
  • Experience with Employment Regulations in BC;
  • Experience supporting employees in a production environment would be an asset;
  • High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
