Summary:


  • Our Executive Flight Concierge will directly manage our client's flight operation interactions with our company._

Responsibilities:

- _Build a customized and hassle-free flight experience for our clients through strategic initiatives_
- _Build branding proposals to help maintain the Gold Standard of Corporate Aviation_
- _Problem solves issues that affect the owner's efficient use of their aircraft_
- _Interact with our clients and enter their trip details and service requests into the scheduling system_
- _Ensure that all requests comply with company policies_
- _Coordinate with the crew, maintenance and the contracts managers for all events relating to the aircraft that affects its availability or ability to conduct missions_
- _Supervise the trip from creation to completion in order to mitigate any issues that could affect the client_


Requirements:

- _Undergraduate degree completed_
- _Background in client service, marketing, and branding_
- _Two to five years of aviation knowledge_
- _Strong client-facing communication skills_
- _Strong multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills_
- _Strong IT capabilities_
- _Fluently bilingual in English and French_
- _Availability_ to work outside of normal business hours to satisfy the client's requests_
