$16.55 hourly + tips
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, take orders, and process transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Offer menu suggestions and answer customer questions about our products
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restocked as needed
- Clean as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Help create social media posts
- Uphold our high standards for customer service and product quality
Qualifications:
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different roasts, blends, and brewing methods
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required
