Job Duties

Supervise front of house staff
Control, organize, facilitate, and evaluate the operations of the bar beverage service
Verify kitchen closing duties
Establish and implement the necessary operational procedures for the bar
Verify closing security system
Assist in setting staff work schedules and oversee staff training
Staff cash outs and monitor revenue
Deal with and resolve customer complaints regarding bar service
Responsible for bar inventory, implementing and modifying procedures and prices
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Assist with arrangements with clients for use of restaurant for special occasions such as banquets or receptions

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full Time

Language of work:

Hours of Work:
minimum 42 hours/week

Wage (must include any incremental raises, performance pay or bonuses): $19.50/hour (plus gratuities)

Skills requirements

Degree or diploma in hospitality/food sector
Excellent attention to detail
Responsible beverage service certification
At least 3 years of experience in food sector/ hospitality, including in supervisory role
