If you are passionate about demonstrating your strong clerical skills and enjoy taking ownership for day-to-day administrative, Canterbury's Operations team is looking for you


Canterbury is seeking a highly organized Inventory & Purchasing Administrator to provide smooth and efficient clerical support and administration of the Purchasing and Inventory teams.


Supporting the Inventory Manager and Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for maintaining records, providing clerical support, performing data entry, and responding to enquiries rom stakeholders.


You have:

  • 1 year of experience working in inventory or purchasing would be an asset.
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Postsecondary degree in a related field would be an asset
  • A Forklift Certification would be an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Teams) with a focus on
    Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Ability to understand interdependencies in tasks when working with others across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
