Who you are

We are looking for a driven, precise individual to join our team as a finance Intern. We are seeking someone with a passion for finance and real estate

What you bring

Working towards a degree in accounting or finance and/or diploma from a recognized postsecondary institution.
A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels both internally and externally.
Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.

Bonus skills and experience

Previous experience in a commercial real estate environment.
Background working within a professional services environment.

What success looks like

You will conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
You will assist with survey calling in order to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
You will manage database updates (property, company, and contact information).
You are able to grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.
