What does a Intake Coordinator in North York do?:

Oversee communications in selected geographic areas
Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity
Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities
Record and maintain data and dispatch information
Notify staff of road or traffic problems
Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
Assist with scheduling needs
Process client requests in a timely manner

Qualifications to become a National Intake Coordinator in North York:

Operate and contribute to a positive work environment in a team environment
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Strong organizational skills to ensure goals are met
Computer skills ability to use Microsoft office suite of programs with efficiency as well as e mail and efficiency in operation of the National Service Desk program (NSD) and G Track in order to create service tickets
Ability and willingness to cross train in other positions and functions (Dispatch, Scheduling) which operate within the operations centre
Be available to work a flexible schedule on any 7 days, specifically Continental Rotating shifts from 6PM6AM
Be eligible to work in Canada
