Graduate in Physiotherapy or Chiropractic from a duly recognized university.
3-5yrs Leadership Experience- in a healthcare/rehabilitation management role
Experience working with Veterans is an asset
Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
Hiring, Onboarding, Training and Performance Management of all staff members
Overseeing and managing billing practices, accounts receivables & payables
Auditing clinical practices to ensure high-quality care
Providing ongoing evaluation of progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
