Promark-Telecon is currently seeking a Locates Administrator who will be responsible for performing office-based reviews of locate requests and verification of locate work quality.

The responsibilities include analyzing data in order to provide clearances for locate requests.

In addition, the Locates Administrator is responsible for daily audits of completed locate requests and documentation of audit results in accordance with company standards.

The Locates Administrator is also responsible for providing support to other office staff with dispatching and customer service.

  • This is a hybrid position which will require some occasional onsite work at our office in Carp, ON and also some remote work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform locate reviews ("office clears") for Promark-Telecon clients by analyzing maps,
drawings, etc. and, on the basis of the locate review, communicate work instruction to the field
team responsible for performing locates.

  • Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of completed locates.
  • Ensure appropriate follow up on audit issues including the communication of necessary
corrective measures.

  • Support the office staff with dispatch and customer service as required during vacations,
absences, etc.

  • Act as a change agent by inspiring and driving core company values such as; health and
safety, experts in our line of business, and promoting teamwork.

  • Maintain effective communication with our partners, including customers, suppliers, and
subcontractors.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis and the ability to translate data into conclusions.
  • Excellent capacity to resolve operational issues.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
