As a valuable member of the Catering team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during a variety of SBA events.

You will execute catered events and supervise Catering Attendants in the Gondolas, and other catered lounges. You will assist the Catering Managers with administrative duties as required.

  • Oversee timely event setup of gondolas, catered lounges & other catering events.
  • Supervise Gondola and Lounge Attendants.
  • Meet with gondola clients and provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
  • Enter orders for all catering spaces into an inventory management system.
  • Review all BEO's and preset for staff as necessary.
  • Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
  • Ensure adherence to AGCO and MLSE policies and regulations.
  • Load prepaid charges and enter beverage, food & other additional charges into the POS at the end of events.
  • Settle all consumption amounts postcatering events for billing purposes.
  • Ensure all credit card charges are posted on the day of the event.
  • Generate client invoices and ensure billing is uploaded.
  • Communicate catering event details to the appropriate departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and accurately control inventory.
  • Follow up with gondola clients to obtain customer feedback.
  • Manage closing duties for gondolas and catered lounges; sign out catering staff.
  • Report any problems or issues to direct report immediately.
  • Scheduling staff and signing off on hours worked.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required.

Qualifications:


  • Proven catering/banquet supervisory experience.
  • Available to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays; varying hours based on event schedule.
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.


  • Computer skills

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Restaurant POS.
  • Superior problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to guest satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Food & Beverage business principles.
