Shifts Available:

Monday to Thursday Day Shift 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday to Sunday Day Shift 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours)
Friday to Sunday Night Shift 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours)

What will you be doing in the Production Utility position?

Operating Responsibilities:

Prepping of bottom dunnage and crossers for production finished lifts.
Ensure daily production continuously meets the requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec).
Repairing board supplier skids in preparation for the return.
Draining and prepping paint/wastewater totes for return.
Maintain supplies rack in a neat and organized fashion.
Plant tasks (hog scrap carts, sweep floors, general cleaning, etc.).
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervision/management.
Engaged in supporting MPS initiatives (i.e., Safety, SMED, Continuous Improvement, 6S, etc.).
Lead by example to ensure Metrie's core value is met; P.R.I.C.E (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence).
Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude while treating all other colleagues and associates with respect.
Promoting teamwork while keeping colleagues motivated and working efficiently.
Provide positive feedback to fellow associates while soliciting feedback and opinions in return.
Provide communication back to the supervision team when necessary.
