RAPS is Seeking a Full Time Caregiver to Assist a Disabled Female (E23)_

Location_: Sturgeon County_

Week #1: Monday
Friday: 6:30am 4:30pm_

Week #2: Tuesday

Friday: 6:30am 4:30pm_

Job Description_: Duties include but are not limited to: duties include but are not limited to one-person transfers using transfer belt, personal care/hygiene including dressing, meal preparation and feeding assistance, assistance with physio exercises, light housekeeping, support on outings (walks), companionship, and mínimal pet care._

Please note: pets in the home include 1 dog & 1 cat._

Qualifications and Other Requirements_: Must have a recent criminal record check with the vulnerable sector check, driver's license and vehicle, be a non-smoker, physically strong in order to perform 1-person manual transfers, must have either a health care aide certificate or a minimum of 6 months' previous caregiving experience. Must have a strong command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking) as the client has trouble hearing and communicating. Must be comfortable with using technology and must have a willingness to learn and Must be vaccinated against Covid-19._
