Under the general direction of the Workforce Management Lead, the IRIS Performance Administrator is responsible for the overall
system performance, data and dashboards, and implementing and managing outbound call campaigns. Will be responsible for
scheduling and delivering daily outbound call campaigns to meet stakeholder and operational objectives and for the performance of
the IRIS outbound call campaign functionality. You will be responsible for developing and delivering IRIS performance dashboards.
You will also be accountable for implementing, communicating, and training users on system updates related to out bound
campaigns, and will provide supplemental back-up support to the Intra-Day Resource Coordination function.


_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Perform day to day activities associated with IRIS outbound campaign program, including:
  • Acquire outbound campaign call lists (from BANNER or other sources).
  • Convert data into readable file and upload call lists to IRIS to initiate campaigns.
  • Coordinate the delivery of campaigns with the workforce manager to ensure campaign does not negatively impact service
levels.

  • Coordinate the delivery of campaigns with the business to ensure business objectives are achieved, and recommend
enhancements or improvements to campaigns based on insights gained through analysis of performance data.

  • Ensure results from campaigns are converted to readable files and uploaded to BANNER or provided to other source.
  • Communicating system performance, issues or changes with Genesys team for implementation of improvements.
  • Developing training materials.
  • Trouble shoot, document and escalate technical issues related to system performance and campaign rollout.
  • Coordination the implementation of workforce activities for example vacation scheduling, shift bid, etc.
  • System performance tasks will also include, but not limited to:
  • Retrieving data from IRIS for review/analysis.
  • Developing and managing dashboards and reports.
  • Present/recommend system improvements or enhancements to IT.
  • Liaise with IT to request fixes/changes/enhancements.
  • Backfill support for Intraday resource functions.
  • Backfill support for IRIS System Administration functions.

_ Qualifications:
_


  • A fouryear degree from an institute of recognized standing, plus a minimum of one year directly related experience.
OR

  • A twoyear diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline from an institute of recognized standing, plus a minimum
of three years directly related experience.

  • Ability to prepare and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.

  • Available to work flexible hours of work in accordance with P550 between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) to support
the hours of operation in the Customer Engagement Center.


_ Salary Range_
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $31.00-$42.88 Hourly,
$59,406.62-$82,167.54 Annually.
