Mission:


Reporting to the Manager - FP&A, the Analyst - FP&A will support Revera in developing and preparing accurate and timely management reporting for internal and external stakeholders.


Key Outcomes:


  • Develop and prepare high quality consolidated financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, the board of directors and other stakeholders as required;
  • Support business decisions by preparing meaningful analysis on Revera's performance against budget and historical results; and
  • Collaborate with various partner operators to ensure consolidated financial data is efficiently aggregated and consistently presented.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership for the timely preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for senior leadership, the board and other stakeholders;
  • Efficiently aggregate data from various partner operators in order to report an accurate view of Revera's consolidated financial performance;
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and file infrastructure for ease of efficient "rollup" while maintaining confidentiality of certain data;
  • Understand the financial drivers of the business and be able to conduct insightful analysis and discussion with management and operators on financial performance;
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Revera's complex legal entity structure, including any recent acquisitions or disposals that may affect reporting;
  • Build and manage relationships with partner operators to ensure timely and accurate procurement of financial results and other information;
  • Assist with maintaining the integrity of budget, actual and forecast data stored in key information systems such as Workday;
  • Participate proactively in the continuous improvement of existing reports and processes;
  • Assist with ad hoc analytical reports as needed;
  • Uphold and promote the organization's values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Revera's Code of Conduct; and
  • Complete all other tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Required Education, Credentials and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance;
  • 3+ years of finance experience preferably in financial reporting and/or financial analysis;
  • Knowledge of investment and finance principles;
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization as well as with external stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Selfmotivated with excellent attention to detail; and
  • Experience with Workday or similar business intelligence tools is considered an asset.
