We are looking for a top-notch Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to work on insurance products and articulate business needs to the team.

Responsibilities:

Understand highlevel business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business
Should be able to talk with the business on scope changes/timelines effectively.
Effectively and clearly articulate requirements to the team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

36 years of working experience
Strong communication
Insurance business knowledge
Knowledge of all documentation
BRD, FRD, TDD, and Testing Documentation
