NETPAK, a leader in the folding carton manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a
Quality Control Manager for its state of the art facility located in Anjou.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee the quality assurance and quality control activities for all projects
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine appropriate quality control measures
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish quality objectives and performance metrics
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality control issues and best practices
- Investigate customer complaints or nonconformance issues and develop effective corrective actions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes through data analysis and reporting
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
- Experience with QA/QC tools, techniques, and methodologies
- At least 5 years
experience in a similar role within the
paper packaging industry is a must: - Education in a related field
- Proven track record in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to fabricate solutions when faced with unique challenges or constraints
- Proficient in using quality management software systems or tools for tracking and reporting purposes
- Bilingual both written and oral
