We are growing, which is why we are recruiting for a talented, go-getter office manager to join us enhancing our operations in the datacenters and corporate offices.
The Office Admin will report into our Singapore HR and will be responsible for providing office and facilities support to our Leaseweb APAC team.
You will be ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office management including but not limited to vendor and landlord management, office space infrastructure and planning, travel and events.
The Office Admin will be taking care of our 2 office sites, our corporate office and our data center offices.
The role will require you to come in to the offices for 3 days a week for 8 hours a day between 9-6 p.m.
Responsible for all office management processes at our Singapore offices (e.g housekeeping issues, mail services, mobile phone). This also includes purchasing of office supplies and services.Coordinate travels, office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, catering
Manage office budget and expenses, including purchasing and expense tracking
Management of certain company assets, such as company datacenter vehicles
Ideally 2-4 years in a office management role or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc)
