What will you do?
As a
Remote Call Center Sales Representative in Canada, you will interact with existing customers who are at risk of cancelling their services by addressing complaints with a goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction


You will:

  • Answer incoming calls, build rapport, and create a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer's request
  • Present products and services based on the customers' needs and handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
  • Develop relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution
  • Advocate the brand and build customer loyalty, and retain their account
  • Manage call flows and provide firstcall resolution

You'd Be a Great Fit If You Are/Have:

  • A sales-oriented individual with at least 1 year of sales experience and can reach aggressive sales targets
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, in any field
  • Call Center experience is considered an asset
  • Experience in a retention role is considered an asset
  • Open availability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand
  • Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills
  • An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
  • Intellectual with a deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
  • A problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
  • Confident and selfmotivated; can complete multiple tasks at a time with ease

Important Details:


  • Permanent fulltime positions only: Must have open availability to work a variety of shift timings to meet customer demand, this may include evenings and weekends.
  • A dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace is necessary
