Description
We are in search of a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our operational processes, ensuring that programs are tracked and on track.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role holds significant responsibility in maintaining our operational excellence and fostering growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and track shipping activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to program schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient program execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO regarding program statuses and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any operational issues or challenges.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance their performance and skill development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the distribution or logistics sector.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
