The Delivery Consultant Lead, Dealer Relations Strategic Initiatives, is responsible for developing and executing key strategies to enhance Dealer Relations capabilities to deliver best-in-class support to the Dealer network.

This individual possesses strong cross-functional collaboration skills that will inform their work alongside Dealer Relations teams to develop roadmaps and execution plans.

They are responsible for ensuring quality delivery of projects, initiatives, and tactics.


At Canadian Tire we work flexibility embracing 'Hybrid' whereby individuals utilize a combination of working at a CTC campus and or virtually in service of outcomes.

Determined by managers, decisions around work location will be made based on business and team needs and grounded in a desire to support individual well-being and personal needs.

What you will do

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Dealer Relations to identify and catalogue process efficiency opportunities that will support Dealer Relations objectives and the Dealer network
  • Help create Strategic Initiatives roadmaps for implementing efficiencies
  • Work closely with Strategic Initiatives team to complete and deliver various projects
  • On an asneeded basis, provide project support for key corporate priorities which require Dealer Relations support

What you bring

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an evolving environment and to build stakeholder relationships to meet strategic goals through collaboration, influencing and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of how decisions are influenced and made with the ability to deliver results
  • Expertise in data analytics to ensure quality and accuracy of data, the ability to process data and present it to help the Dealer Relations team make informed decisions
  • Critical thinking skills: able to make quantitative conclusions based on numbers, trends, and data
  • Previous experience in process improvement, project management and change management
  • Identify, plan, and implement changes to process to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Understanding of how to transition from discussion and planning to successful execution of initiatives
  • Knowledge of Canadian Tire's unique Dealer model and CTR store operations considered an asset
  • University or College degree considered an asset
