Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to create a positive work environment.
- Provide cover during manager's absence.
- Attend meetings.
- Manage budgets and projections.
- Staff the store and direct employees.
- Supervise employees and resolve employee problems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Keep information on customers, products, and employees in order.
- Assist with inventory control.
Salary:
$63,040.60-$72,698.47 per year
