Ryley AB is currently looking for an
Equipment Operator to join the team. This position is responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy equipment at the waste management facility.

  • Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including: Loader, excavators, skidsteers, backhoes and forklifts;
  • Operate pumps for water treatment systems;
  • Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance;
  • Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork.
  • Heavy Equipment Operator Certification an asset;
  • 13 years previous heavy equipment operating experience;
  • Class 5 license required;
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment;
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time;
  • Ability to travel for out of town projects;
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day.
