The Opportunity

The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning administrative business objectives with employees and managers.

The HRBP works closely with employees, Managers, Senior Leaders, and Executives providing hands-on insight and support across eight functional areas of Human Resources.

Recruiting and staffing employees

Employee benefits and leaves

Employee compensation and payroll

Human resources compliance.

Organizational structure

Human resources information data/reporting

Training and development.


The HR Business Partner plays an essential role in driving HR programs and initiatives forward within each function, while maintaining the company's business objectives.

Full-Time permanent career working out of our Edmonton, AB Office

What you will bring to the role

  • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management is required.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR required.

Knowledge of payroll compliance legislation and various government standards is an asset

Demonstrated working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines is preferred.

Strong organization and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail.

Previous experience supporting across organizational boundaries is an asset.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, competing projects that are time sensitive deadlines.
