Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.


We are currently recruiting for a
Service Technician III to work in the Kelowna area as part of the Langley Team.

This individual is responsible for making local and out of town service calls to do on-site repairs, completing paperwork in customers' homes on All Weather Windows products (windows and doors) and operating a company truck.

The Service Technician would be responsible to service the Okanagan area. Accommodations and per diem provided.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Operate service truck and service local calls in homes and businesses
  • Installation and repair of windows and doors in homes and businesses
  • Trouble shooting and onsite repair of product and installation of Glass
  • Handle onsite problems as they occur
  • Perform heavy lifting of glass
  • Organizing times and locations of work orders to minimize driving time around the city and maximize number of sited visited.
  • Maintaining and repairing service vehicle as required.
  • Drafting accurate and complete paperwork including the Service Summary Report to document repairs completed.
  • Represent the company in contacts with dealers, contractors and homeowners
  • Communication with customers, negotiating how costs of damaged products will be allocated and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations

Primary Qualifications Required:


  • Mechanical aptitude, skill and experience with hand tools
  • Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative and problemsolving skills
  • Mechanically inclined and able to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Must be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable in any situation
  • Position will require working overtime and short notice
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract
  • Must pass preemployment Drug & Alcohol Testing
