About You:

  • Successful completion of the National Dental Specialty Examination (NDSE) in Periodontics
  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR Certification
