About You:

Successful completion of the National Dental Specialty Examination (NDSE) in Periodontics
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR Certification
