Compensation:
Base salary of $30,000 + commissions _- take control of your own earning potential_

You'll love your position as a Automotive Sales Specialist:


  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the sales process.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and available options, to effectively present them to customers.

Sales Process: Conduct test drives, explain financing options, and negotiate sales terms to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address inquiries, provide post-sale support, and encourage repeat business.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to automotive sales.

  • Other duties as assigned.

We'd love to hear from you, if:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • OMVIC certification or a willingness to obtain.
  • Technically savvy and prior DMS experience is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid G driver's license and a clean abstract.
