We are seeking a creative, dynamic, committed professional to join our team:
e-Learning Support Specialist

100% Regular

Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week; 12 month work year


ESP Level 6:
$43,749 to $55,890 per annum


Qualifications:


Post secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field; and a minimum of 3 years of experience, including some experience in Adult Education and training.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered

Excellent knowledge of the Student Information System and its integration with Ministry and Board processes for the purpose of registering, scheduling, enrolling and withdrawing of students in eLearning courses

Organizational skills, including time management techniques for prioritizing work, and completing tasks under strict time constraints

Strong written communication skills for report writing, documentation, training materials, system and process documentation

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills to exchange and clarify information with staff and students

Presentation skills for facilitating workshops

Ability to work independently and learn new technologies upon demand

Knowledge of and methods for maintaining data security and integrity

Ability to use tact, diplomacy and discretion

Demonstrates Initiative, creativity, and leadership skills
