Leduc Community Hospital Administration is currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented team player with strong administrative support skills to support the management team.

Working under limited supervision, the Administrative Support IV is responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews, calendar management; meeting preparation and support; staffing processes and time entry, ordering of office supplies and general support of the management team with projects and other initiatives.

Additional Required Qualifications:


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing electronic filing systems, shared drives, and records management. Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive computer work for an extended period. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Preference will be given to those with previous experience working as a medical office assistant/secretary.
