General Summary....
The main function of the Coach (certified trainer) is to give practical training and transmit essential knowledge to new employees in a given sector such as picking, modules, doors, reception, shipping, bulk, conveyors or stocking - restocking.
This position will be responsible for...
- In addition to its daily functions, welcoming and training new employees or training employees who have recently changed departments;
- Provide practical training, transmit essential knowledge so that employees become independent and efficient;
- On a daily basis, act as a "coach" with newly trained employees and ensure compliance with safety rules;
- Support the effort of continuous improvement;
- Complete various progress monitoring forms as required;
- Maintain an efficient, clean and safe working environment

- Excellent performance and safety record in current position (no disciplinary measures and must have no accident / incident report);
- Previous experience of a minimum of six (6) months in warehouse in the given sector;
- Demonstrates leadership and a good work ethic;
- Great listening and communication skills;
- Ability to explain clearly, popularize information and be patient;
- Sense of organization and priorities;
- Ability to use training tools (eg IT);
- Bilingualism an asset.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements

- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
