Job Summary:


As Franchise Planning and Performance Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Canadian marketplace, and available market data tools to create actionable and compelling insights and programs to help drive our alignment, execution, and performance with our franchise managers, and bottling partners.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Two (5) plus years' experience in the food and/or CPG industries preferred.
  • Experience in sales, operations, finance, franchise, and category management are assets
  • Coca-Cola system experience preferred, with strong understanding of the Canadian beverage industry and routes to market
  • Strong capability with data and insights, and technical/computer skills (i.e. Excel, pivot tables, macros, Access) required.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian beverage industry and routes to market
