    As a Technician - Document Management working in the building team at Pomerleau Construction, you will oversee documentation, procedures, and standards within the framework of a construction project and in compliance with contractual requirements. Contributing on various large-scale projects, you will have the chance to collaborate with different stakeholders to enhance internal electronic document management processes.

    What You Will Do

    • Administer the electronic document management platform;
    • Manage user access and permissions;
    • Apply the document coding and identification system;
    • Ensure proper adherence to document management processes;
    • Serve as a resource for users of the documentation platform;
    • Conduct document control on deliverables, plans, and specifications;
    • Assist stakeholders in searching for and tracking project documents;
    • Contribute to enhancing internal electronic document management processes.

    This role could be a good fit if you have

    • Educational background in document management/archiving or related field;
    • Relevant experience in document management;
    • Knowledge of Procore/Aconex (an asset);
    • Proficiency in standard computer software (Office suite, Adobe Acrobat);
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple files concurrently;
    • Interpersonal and teamwork skills.

    Additional Assets Include:

    • Proficiency in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
